Sheila Thomas, LMFT, CSAT is a native of South Louisiana and makes her home here in Hattiesburg, MS. Sheila is the former Clinical Director of the PIne Grove Women's Center which is recognized nationally as a premier treatment center for women with chemical dependency, eating disorders and co-existing mental illness. She helped train and supervise staff as well as develop the treatment protocols during her stay at Pine Grove, alongside Dr. Stephanie Covington, a renowned  author, speaker, educator in the field of addiction treatment for women. Sheila has extensive treatment experience working with families hurting from the effects of mental illness and addiction. Sheila has a knack for treating those suffering from process disorders that manifest with food, sex and relationships, and money.  Thomas and Thomas Consulting Group is now a career priority for Sheila as she focuses her energies on providing quality treatment  and education for those with addiction issues.









Thomas Tullos, LPC, CSAT is a native or North Louisiana and has made his home here in south MIssissippi for several years. He lived in Arizona while working at the Meadows Treatment Center which is known worldwide as a leader in addiction and mental health treatment. He trained and worked alongside Dr. Patrick Carnes, who is the preeminent authority in the field of treatment and research of sexual addiction. Thomas took a detour back to Louisiana after his stint in Arizona and developed a treatment program for individuals living with HIV/AIDS before settling in Hattiesburg and working at Pine Grove. He initially worked as the clinical director for the Men's Next Step Program before eventually helping develop Dr. Carnes's specialty program called Gentle Path. Gentle Path is an internationally recognized treatment program focused on helping those with sexually compulsive behaviors. Thomas supervised and trained the clinical staff in the Task-Centered approach to treating addiction. Thomas enjoys the flexibility of working in private practice, facilitating the Building Boundaries Workshop Series as well as corporate training and consulting on issues related to addiction in the workplace.
